A feeling of discourage when she was advising me about the mistake that i've done.I am no longer have the chance to explain to her,what i could do was just listen,and listen, no rooms for my humble explaination.OKAY,I leave it to her,i've learned to become 'dont care',and 'dont mind'.She is a dominant lady, bias cases are happening frequently and getting severe ..the working system is getting poorer,staffs are not happy.boss is not happy,everybody is not happy,the working environment is messy,stressful.The outcome is unsatisfy due to poor management,lack of communication,mutual responsible never appear,teamwork is gone.."THIS IS UR PROBLEM,WHO CARES".selfishness is everywhere.
